Three counties, three permit offices

Excavation reaching the public right-of-way needs a permit, and the issuing office follows the county rather than the mailing city. Arapahoe covers the eastern and central ZIPs. Jefferson covers the western foothill side. Douglas covers everything south. ZIPs 80123 and 80128 contain both of their respective pairs, which means the answer there depends on the specific address.

We confirm which applies before quoting and pull the permit as part of the job.

80120, 80121, 80122, 80123, 80125, 80126, 80127, 80128, 80129 and 80130, plus Englewood immediately to the north. These are the standard delivery ZIP codes carrying a Littleton mailing address.

Do you cover 80160, 80161 or 80162?

Those are PO Box and unique ZIP codes with no residential delivery, so there is nothing there to service. If your mail goes to one of them, your physical address will sit in one of the standard ZIPs listed above.

Is my Littleton address actually in Littleton?

Often not. Only 80120 sits entirely inside the city limits. Several ZIPs carry Littleton mail while the municipality is Centennial, Greenwood Village, Bow Mar, Columbine Valley, Highlands Ranch, Denver or Lakewood. For sewer work the county matters more than the city.

Which county issues my sewer permit?

Arapahoe for 80120, 80121 and 80122. Jefferson for 80127. Douglas for 80125, 80126, 80129 and 80130. ZIPs 80123 and 80128 straddle two counties, so it depends on the specific address. We confirm it before quoting.

Do you travel outside these areas?
