What we do

Sewer laterals. The pipe running from your house to the city main, and everything that goes wrong with it — roots, blockages, bellies, separated joints, collapsed sections and pipe that has reached the end of its life.

We inspect them, clear them, line them, burst them and replace them. We do not do interior restoration, and we do not pretend to. When a backup has soaked into a finished basement, a restoration contractor is better at that than we would be.

How we work

The camera goes in first, every time

Sewer repair prices in this area span from a couple of hundred dollars to twenty-five thousand. Nobody can place your line in that range by looking at a slow drain, and a quote without footage is a guess that protects the contractor rather than the homeowner.

So we scope the line before quoting, you watch the screen with us while we do it, and the footage is yours whether you hire us afterwards or not.

You get the options, with prices

Most sewer problems have two or three valid answers at different costs. Clearing, lining and replacing are all legitimate responses to root intrusion depending on the state of the pipe. We lay them out with what each costs and what each gets you, and you choose.

Where only one option is genuinely available — a belly cannot be lined, Orangeburg cannot be lined — we explain why rather than just naming a price.

We say when something can wait

Not every call at nine in the evening is an emergency. If you describe a situation that will safely keep until morning, we will tell you that, because an after-hours visit you did not need is worse value than the call that made it.

Why we are specific about Littleton

This city was incorporated in 1890 and built out in waves, and each wave used a different pipe. Vitrified clay downtown. Orangeburg through the post-war decades. Cast iron through the 1950s to 70s. PVC after that.

Knowing which era a street belongs to tells us what we are likely to find before the camera goes in, and it changes which repairs are worth discussing. The same is true of the three-county split — Arapahoe, Jefferson and Douglas — which decides where the permit comes from and how the inspection is scheduled.

None of that is exotic knowledge. It is the difference between a company that works here and one that works everywhere.

Where we work

ZIP codes 80120, 80121, 80122, 80123, 80125, 80126, 80127, 80128, 80129 and 80130, plus Englewood to the north. That spans Arapahoe, Jefferson and Douglas counties. Full service area with every neighborhood.

Questions we get asked

Are you licensed and insured?

Ask us on the call and we will give you the current details rather than a line on a web page. Any contractor working on a sewer lateral in Arapahoe, Jefferson or Douglas County has to satisfy that county's requirements to pull the permit, so it is a reasonable thing to check with anyone you call.

Do you charge for estimates?

A camera inspection is a paid service, because it takes an hour of a technician's time and specialised equipment. We quote it as its own item so you are not committed to anything by finding out what is wrong, and the footage is yours either way.

Do you work on commercial sewer lines?

Our work is primarily residential laterals. Small commercial properties with residential-scale lines are usually within scope. Larger commercial systems, lift stations and municipal mains are not, and we will say so rather than take the job.

How far ahead do you book?

Emergency calls are answered 24 hours. Scheduled camera inspections are usually within a few days. Excavation work depends on the county permit and inspection schedule, which varies between Arapahoe, Jefferson and Douglas.

Talk to us before it is an emergency

Most of the calls we take are from people whose line gave them warning for months. If something has been slow, or clearing itself, or smelling faintly in the yard, that is the cheap moment to look at it.
