What this policy covers
This policy applies to sewerlinerepairlittleton.com and to any call or message you send us through it. It explains what information reaches us, why, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
When you call
Calls placed from this site go through a tracking number. That records your phone number, the time and length of the call, the page you called from, and your approximate location from the area code. Calls may be recorded for quality and for verifying the call with the service provider who takes it.
When you send a message
Whatever you type into the form: your name, phone number, ZIP code, and the description of the problem. Nothing else is required.
Automatically
Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed and when. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts.
Why we collect it
- To return your call or message about the sewer problem you contacted us about.
- To connect you with a licensed contractor who serves your ZIP code.
- To verify with that contractor that the call took place and what it concerned.
- To see which pages produce useful calls, so the site can be improved.
We do not sell your information for advertising, build marketing profiles, or add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.
Who your information is shared with
This site is a lead generation service. It is not a plumbing contractor and does not perform sewer work. When you call or submit the form, your contact details and the description of your problem are passed to a licensed contractor or to a lead network that routes the call to a contractor serving your area.
That contractor then holds your information under their own privacy practices, and any work, quote or agreement is between you and them directly.
We also share information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Calls and text messages
By calling the number on this site or submitting the form, you agree to be contacted about your enquiry at the number you provide, including by an automated dialing system or prerecorded message where applicable. Consent to that contact is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
You can stop contact at any time: reply STOP to a text, say so on a call, or ring (303) 555-0147.
How long it is kept
Call records and form submissions are kept for up to 24 months, which covers the period in which a dispute over a call could arise. Server logs are kept for 90 days. After that, records are deleted.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you. Call or write and we will tell you.
- Ask us to delete it. We will remove it from our records, though we cannot delete what a contractor already holds — ask them directly.
- Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
- Stop being contacted. See the section above.
Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of personal data, and to appeal a refused request. To use any of them, call (303) 555-0147.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep only what is needed and delete it on the schedule above.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page rather than made quietly.
